Hello, fellow readers,
my name is Michal.
I am a student.
I am a boxer
I am a weightlifter.
I am happy.
But it was not always this way. In my teens, I was only a fat and miserable guy without anything going for him. Majority of free time was wasted playing PC games, eating nachos and screwing around.
Now I know better. I found my passion, started pursuing my dreams and suddenly everything just started coming together.
Purpose of this blog is not to milk every penny you might have from you, but to share my experience with sorting life out. The ways I do it through are boxing, weightlifting and studying.
I believe in good old-fashioned hard work and grind, so if you are nay-sayer who only loves to read but hates to actually DO, this blog is not for you.
My philosophy is to compete, try and achieve. I view obstacles as challenges.
There are no second chances in life, so if you can take one piece of advice from this blog, be it
“Always attack obstacles with everything you have and you will see results.“
It’s time to get your ass off and start grinding. A better life awaits you.
Am I the best boxer alive? NO! Am I so ripped that I could model for Calvin Klein? HELL NO! I am just a guy that has been here, endured through hard times and saw results.
I have been actually doing things I am talking about for a LONG time. I have learned what principles DO work, and what DO NOT. I have tried stupid workout routines just to end up with skinny-fat body, I have spent every penny on worthless supplements.
Let me be your guide for this trip. Every article has an orange table with the most important information extracted for you. Every article is chosen and written carefully to suit readers needs well. I promise that every article HAS a purpose. There is NO filler bullshit.
I’m not claiming to be a know-it-all guru. I’m just a guy who has things to say and can back it up with experience. What I’m 100% confident in, is that when you put the information learned combined with hard work in, positive results are going to be seen.
Do we share similar principles? cool. You can start reading articles from newest to oldest. Want something more specific? Another great way to start absorbing knowledge is visiting archive
